New Customers
Due to the uncertainty of Covid-19 we will be asking for 3 months upfront for vehicle storage bays and a £50 deposit.
We are currently trying to come up with a fair agreement for new Storage Container customers. For more information about this, you will need to discuss with a member of staff. Update to come.
New contracts can be taken over the telephone and you will be able to send us email confirmation rather than signing. Key transfers can be done at a safe distance and all keys passed over will have been cleaned.
Existing Customers
Please try to visit the yard only if you need to and keep at a distance from other customers. We suggest wearing gloves when using the gate but that is up to you. We are still open. Our staff however will not be available for face to face interaction so please communicate via telephone or email. Any keys retuned must be wiped down with anti-bacterial and placed in a named envelope which you can post through the letter box to the right of the gate. Staff are all still working from a distance but due to family responsibilities, timescales for refunds/admin etc may be slightly over; rest assured everything is in hand. AZ are still going strong and will continue to look after your possessions.
